RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

  • How do I cancel my order?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at support@xergy.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

  • What is the Return Policy?

Xergy has no question asked Return Policy. We might request you to share an image of your product/ s. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange;

 You must raise a return request by emailing us at support@xergy.in within 48 hours of receipt of your Order

Product, Labels, Packaging and Tags must not be tampered with

Product must be in perfect condition

If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@xergy.in com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as reward points as per your convenience.

Please note that shipping cost of Rs.50 where applicable will not be refunded

Self-Ship: Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit 100 Reward Points in your account in lieu of the shipping costs.
