How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may very depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc).

 

Are there any additional shipping charges? 

Xergy provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs.500 in India. A shipping charge of Rs.50 is payable only on orders below Rs.500.

 

How do I track my order? 

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website.

 

 

What if I receive the product in a damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at support@xergy.in mentioning your Order ID or call us at +91-9810032717 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm).

 

What if my order is undelivered?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund which should reflect in 48 hours of initiation.
