Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

1. The product received has a manufacturing defect, or
2. The product was damaged in transit during delivery.
   

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Minor color or size variation
• Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
  

Reporting Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email.
• Send a clear description and photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.
