We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home décor and lighting products. Every item is carefully packed and quality-checked before shipping. However, in the rare case that your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
- The product received has a manufacturing defect, or
- The product was damaged in transit during delivery.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or size variation
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
Reporting Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email.
- Send a clear description and photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.
