We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home décor and lighting products. Every item is carefully packed and quality-checked before shipping. However, in the rare case that your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

1. The product received has a manufacturing defect, or
2. The product was damaged in transit during delivery.
   

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Minor color or size variation
• Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
  

Reporting Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email.
• Send a clear description and photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.

Return Process

If your claim is approved after review:

• We will offer either a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and stock availability.
• You may be asked to retain original packaging for return pickup.

• Any damage reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return/refund.
• All returns must be in unused and original condition, along with all accessories, tags, and packaging.
• The brand reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the above criteria.
